Yes, you can use any vendor you’d like for catering or bring in your own food, drinks and alcoholic beverages. 5959 West doesn’t serve or sell food or alcohol. If your guests will enjoy alcohol at your event, it must be served by a licensed bartender. We can recommend a licensed bartender to you or you may hire your own (must be pre-approved by the venue).
5959 West can host 300 guests seated. Boasting 6000 sq ft of event venue space, we have tables and chairs to accommodate guest counts from 25-300. For smaller events, the room can be divided upon request for a more intimate space.
No, you don’t have to clean up after your event. Enjoy your event without the hassle of clean-up after dancing all night! Your venue rental includes cleaning and trash removal. However, all food, beverages, decorations and personal items brought in by you must be removed after the event.
Yes, after you book your package, you may make changes if your guest count increases. We also offer add-ons such as special effects, custom bars, dance floor wraps, fresh florals, photo booth rentals and more to upgrade your event after booking.
To book, we require a $1500 non-refundable deposit, which can be split into two payments. Your remaining balance is due 45 days before your event.
