What You Are Actually Walking Into

Photographs flatten a room. Here is how the space is laid out and what each part of it is for, so you know what you are seeing above.

The ballroom

One open 6,000 sq ft room with high ceilings, holding up to 300 guests. We do not partition it or run two events at once — whoever books the date has the whole room. That matters more than square footage alone, because an open floor is what lets you put a dance floor, a dessert table, a lounge area and a photo wall in the same room without any of it feeling squeezed.

Stage and dance floor

An elevated stage sits at one end, with a hardwood dance floor in front of it. The stage carries the moments people photograph — the grand entrance, the candle ceremony, the first dance, speeches — and is deep enough for choreographed entrances and group numbers rather than just a podium. If a guest of honour uses a wheelchair, tell us when you book and we will arrange a stage ramp.

Lighting

LED uplighting runs the perimeter and can be set to whatever colour your palette calls for. It is the cheapest transformation in the building: the same room reads as a wedding in warm white, a Sweet 16 in magenta, and a corporate evening in cool blue, with no rental and no setup charge.

Bar and prep kitchen

A built-in bar area serves the main floor. Behind the scenes, a full prep kitchen with warmers is available to whichever caterer you bring — there is no required vendor list and no food and beverage minimum, so a plated dinner, a taco bar and a dessert-only reception are all equally workable.

Getting-ready suites

Two private suites let the wedding party, or the birthday girl and her friends, get ready on site, change outfits mid-event and store personal items somewhere locked rather than under a table.

Parking, climate and access

Dedicated on-site parking is included, with no valet and no street hunting — which matters when a share of your guest list is being dropped off. The building is centrally air conditioned, which is not a small detail for a Central Florida summer, and the venue is wheelchair accessible throughout.

Finding us

Where the Venue Sits

We are at 5959 W. Colonial Drive, on the west side of Orlando, directly on State Road 50. That puts the venue roughly fifteen minutes from downtown Orlando, about twenty-five from Winter Park, and inside half an hour of most of the west and northwest suburbs — Ocoee, Apopka, Winter Garden and Metrowest.

Being on Colonial rather than tucked into a resort corridor means guests arriving from different directions all have a straightforward drive, and there is no gate, no resort parking fee and no shuttle to arrange. For families flying in, Orlando International is about thirty-five minutes away.
