Their prices. 5959 West does the opposite — our 6,000 sq ft ballroom comes with an open vendor policy, which means the caterer your family has used for twenty years is welcome, and so is the DJ who already knows your first-dance song.
The room seats up to 300 guests comfortably and reconfigures for the shape of your day: ceremony seating, cocktail hour, a seated dinner, then the dance floor. Soaring ceilings, dramatic lighting, a dedicated stage and a hardwood dance floor — and a bridal suite and groom suite so both sides of the party have somewhere to get ready without crossing paths.
We're on W. Colonial Drive with free on-site parking and easy access from I-4, the 408 and the 414 — which matters more than couples expect when half the guest list is driving in from out of town.

With our Venue Only package you bring any licensed, insured caterer, DJ, photographer or bar service you like — we keep a preferred vendor list and we're glad to share it, but you are never required to use it.
For couples who would rather hand the whole thing over, our All-Inclusive package covers décor, styling, setup and coordination with our in-house design team. Both paths are real options; most venues only offer one.

We keep a preferred vendor list and are happy to share it, but you are never required to use it. All-Inclusive packages use our in-house team.
Yes — the ballroom is arranged for the ceremony and reset for the reception while your guests are at cocktail hour, so you never move your guests between venues. On-site ceremonies are a $1,000 add-on covering the room flip, and a 2-hour rehearsal is included.

For weddings, six to twelve months ahead is ideal, especially for Saturdays and peak season. A $1,000 non-refundable deposit holds your date, with the balance due 30 days before the wedding. Payment plans are available, and we do take last-minute bookings when a date is open.
