Our grand ballroom holds up to 300 guests, so the whole class and the whole family both fit. It also styles down beautifully for a smaller, closer group of 60 to 100.
Yes. 5959 West has a fully open vendor policy — bring any licensed caterer you like, whether that is a full sit-down dinner, taco bar, pizza, or dessert-only. The prep kitchen is theirs to use, warmers included.
Yes. The hardwood dance floor and elevated stage handle choreographed entrances and large group performances easily, and there is still room for everyone to dance afterward. If she is rehearsing an entrance with her friends, you can run it during your setup window.
Most families book 6 to 9 months out. Spring Saturdays go first, since they compete with prom and graduation weekends, so if her birthday lands between March and May, start earlier. A deposit holds the date.
Yes. Photo booths, 360 booths, dessert carts, lounge furniture, live performers — bring whatever you like. There is power and floor space for it, and our event manager will help you place it during setup.
Yes. Every rental includes a private suite where the birthday girl and her friends can get ready, change outfits, touch up hair and makeup, and make their entrance at exactly the right moment.
