Most venues treat a small wedding as a slow Tuesday — a corner of a ballroom, a shorter list, a thinner service. We built this package the other way round: the whole room is yours, the ceremony is styled as carefully as the reception, and you get the setup time your vendors actually need.
No audio equipment is included — bring your own DJ or band, or ask us for vendors other couples have used.
A $1,000 non-refundable deposit holds your date. Balance due 30 days before your wedding.
Two hours before. Your florist, photographer and caterer come in and set up. That time is part of the package, not an add-on — nobody gets charged for arriving early.
The ceremony. We set the room with your aisle and ceremony decor. Your guests arrive to a room that looks finished.
The turnover. While your party is occupied with photographs, we flip the room for dinner.
The reception. Dinner, toasts and dancing on the hardwood floor, with your event manager on site the whole time.
The rehearsal. One hour, the day of or the week before — whichever suits your officiant and your people.
Our micro wedding package is for 50 guests and under. The ballroom is 6,000 sq ft, so fifty people get a room that feels generous rather than squeezed — and we style it to suit the number, not leave it looking empty.
Six hours of event time, two hours of vendor setup before it, and a one-hour rehearsal you can use the day of or the week before. Decor is included for both the ceremony and the reception, along with tables, tablecloths, Chiavari chairs, the dance floor and stage riser, a getting ready suite, prep kitchen with food warmers, an on-site event manager and free parking.
Included. You get two hours before your event starts for your florist, photographer, caterer and anyone else to get in and set up. You are not paying extra for early access.
Yes. We set the room for your ceremony, then turn it over for dinner and dancing while your guests are occupied. One room, one address, no travel between venues.
Yes. 5959 West has a fully open vendor policy — bring any licensed vendors you like, with no required list and no additional fees.
